YOTAM OTTOLENGHI PLENTY

According to many, Yotam Ottolenghi is the man who even managed to make broccoli sexy. With his bestsellers Plenty, Ottolenghi the cookbook and Jerusalem, he managed to popularize the use of sumac, za'atar and pomegranate seeds in the kitchen in all corners of our country. Together with his business partner Sami Tamimi, he runs a number of very successful catering businesses under the name Ottolenghi and restaurant Nopi in London. Ottolenghi's inspiration comes from his Mediterranean background and his enormous love for ingredients. Although he is not a vegetarian himself, he makes extremely original and innovative vegetarian dishes, based on distinct flavors and exciting, fresh combinations. In addition to cookbooks, he also writes a weekly, very popular column in The Guardian.

Plenty is a celebration of flavors, colors and textures. The successful London caterer and restaurateur Yotam Ottolenghi collected 120 original dishes in this book, all of which prove that vegetables, legumes, grains and mushrooms are more than enough for a delicious dish.
